Featured Role

Senior Content Editor — Responsible Gambling

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Editor to lead our editorial output across all responsible gambling topics. You will oversee articles covering the psychology of gambling, ethical gambling practices, and the evolving regulatory landscape. This is a remote-first, full-time role suited to someone with a background in health communication, journalism, or public policy writing.

Your work will shape how tens of thousands of readers engage with gambling literacy content each month, contributing directly to our mission of harm reduction and consumer awareness. You will also collaborate closely with our research and outreach teams, ensuring content aligns with current standards discussed on our Regulatory Watch page.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission, edit, and publish long-form articles on responsible gambling, betting psychology, and industry regulation
  • Collaborate with researchers to ensure all published content is factually accurate and evidence-based
  • Develop editorial guidelines and style standards for the content team
  • Liaise with the SEO team to optimise content for search without compromising editorial integrity
  • Review content involving youth and gambling topics with particular sensitivity and rigour
  • Monitor gambling news and regulatory updates to identify timely content opportunities

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of editorial experience, ideally in health, legal, or consumer advocacy journalism
  • Strong understanding of responsible gambling principles and harm minimisation frameworks
  • Familiarity with the gambling glossary and betting exchange concepts
  • Excellent written English with an editorial eye for clarity, accuracy, and tone
  • Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous workflows

We invest in our people through structured development plans, editorial mentorship, and access to industry resources including our own Gambling Glossary and research archives.

04

Ethical Commitment

We maintain a strict editorial and operational code. We do not accept content from operators that conflicts with our ethical gambling principles — and neither will you.

05

Flexible Working

Most of our roles are fully remote with flexible hours. We prioritise output, trust, and autonomy over rigid schedules — making space for life outside of work.
